Stepping back from your busy life and being in nature helps you to quiet your mind, open your heart and relax your body. Daily meditation, pranayama and asana practice bring you closer to your true nature and will help you to get into your body and out of your mind. The Ayurveda workshops during our retreat will show you a new way of looking at and understanding yourself and the world around you. You will learn simple and practical ways to live a more balanced life that you can easily apply when going back home.
